Belmont Associates is a privately held, family-owned commercial real estate investment company that owns and asset manages retail, multifamily and office properties throughout the United States. With a focus on long-term ownership, Belmont has held many of its properties for decades.
A Rich History
Belmont Associates traces its roots to 1908, when Aaron Rosinsky founded the Belmont Paper Box Company in Brooklyn, New York. Over the following century, the family’s entrepreneurial interests evolved from manufacturing into commercial real estate investment. Today, Belmont remains under the ownership of the Rosinsky family.
A Diverse Portfolio
Belmont Associates is heavily involved in the investment and acquisition of commercial real estate properties across the United States including its headquarters, The Flamingo Building, located in downtown West Palm Beach. Focused on building long lasting relationships with its tenants, Belmont’s diverse commercial portfolio is mainly comprised of high end retail, big box retail, strip centers, and office buildings.
